Everyone at A1 was very friendly and personable, including the two shop cats, Dan and Luna. Even though the specific car I originally came to see had already sold, Brad took the time to show us other great options within our price range that were in excellent condition with low mileage. This was my first time buying a used car from a dealership and Brad made the process much more approachable and less stressful. He never made us feel pressured and was completely open to having a third-party inspection done before purchasing, which really gave us peace of mind. We drove it from Nebraska to California (over 23 hours) and it was the smoothest ride ever! The car is reliable, clean, and truly an amazing purchase. Dawson was the kindest salesman, incredibly knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot. Although we had to wait a bit for the title after purchasing, Dawson made sure it was mailed to us as soon as possible.
